Stuart Hayes

Stuart Hayes is a seasoned professional in risk management and actuarial services, currently serving as SVP, Risk Management and Group Actuary at Arch Capital Services LLC since October 2014. In this role, Stuart leads the actuarial functions of the group, providing insights through loss reserve analyses, capital adequacy studies, and performance measurements with regular reporting to the Board. Previously, Stuart held the position of VP, Risk Management Services and Senior Consultant at Towers Watson from June 2007 to October 2014, where expertise in complex reserving analyses and enterprise risk management was developed. Stuart also worked as a Senior Actuary at GE Insurance Solutions (ERC) from 2004 to 2007, focusing on pricing for commercial insurance lines, and began a career at Nationwide Insurance from 1998 to 2004 in various roles related to loss reserving and pricing in personal lines. Stuart holds a BA in Management and Mathematics from Wittenberg University, graduating in 1998.
