Yechiel oversees Arch’s accounting department including both corporate level accounting and portfolio wide financial operations. He is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, cash management, AR/AP, and loan draws for development and rehabilitation projects. He is continuously developing, implementing, and maintaining internal controls to ensure companywide compliance.
Prior to joining Arch, Yechiel served as financial controller at Lantree Development and Northwind Group, a real estate firm focused on value-add assets in Manhattan. Yechiel received his Bachelor’s degree from Farleigh Dickinson University with concentration in Finance/Accounting. He also completed additional courses at Brooklyn College in business management and accounting to additional credits required for CPA licensure.
