Marlene Jennings is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legal and financial sectors. Currently serving as Director at ARCH Emerging Markets Partners Limited since April 2018, Marlene is responsible for managing the emerging markets private equity portfolio with a focus on Africa, supporting the CEO, and engaging in fundraising and investor relations. Additionally, Marlene holds the position of General Counsel at African Rainbow Capital since January 2016. Previous roles include Advocate at the Johannesburg Bar, Executive at Absa Group overseeing Corporate Governance, Legal, and Investor Relations, as well as significant positions in compliance and risk management at Nedbank and Absa.
