William Barry

William Barry is an experienced professional in the energy strategy and renewable power sectors, currently serving as the Head of Energy Strategy at ARCH Emerging Markets Partners Limited since May 2017 and as the Cofounder & Managing Director of the Africa Renewable Power Fund. Additional roles include Board Member positions at The Sun Exchange and CrossBoundary Energy, both initiated in 2020. Prior to these positions, William Barry held significant leadership roles at eleQtra Limited, ContourGlobal, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, and Merrill Lynch. William Barry holds an MBA in Finance from New York University and a BA in Economics from The George Washington University.
