Justin Matthews

Justin Matthews has a strong background in finance, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Justin started their career in 1993 at KPMG, where they worked for over 10 years in various roles, including Senior Manager in Transaction Services. During their time at KPMG, they gained experience in audit, business advisory, and corporate finance, working with clients in healthcare, technology, and hospitality industries across multiple countries.

In 2004, Justin joined Healthcare Australia as Chief Financial Officer, where they continued to develop their expertise in the healthcare sector. After three years, they moved on to CrosbyTextorGroup, a market research and communications business, where they served as CFO and COO.

In 2009, Justin transitioned to Pulse Health Limited, initially as Chief Financial Officer and later as Chief Executive Officer. During their tenure, they oversaw the company's operations and finance functions.

In 2013, Justin joined Laverty Pathology as Chief Financial Officer, with responsibilities for all finance functions within the company. In this role, they collaborated with a small finance team and utilized shared services teams to ensure effective financial management.

Most recently, Justin worked at Southern Sun Healthcare as the Chief Financial Officer. During their time there, the company underwent significant changes, including the addition of new clinics and the internalization of finance and administration functions. Justin played a crucial role in various transformation projects, such as implementing new systems, integrating clinic acquisitions, resolving ATO compliance audits, and implementing performance incentive plans.

In 2017, Justin joined Arch Finance as CFO, where they continue to apply their expertise in finance and healthcare.

Justin Matthews has a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree from the University of South Australia. Justin studied Business/Commerce, General at the university. The duration of their education has not been specified.
