Andrew Leaitherland

Andrew Leaitherland is the Founder and CEO of Arch Law Limited, where innovative legal solutions are delivered. Andrew serves as a Strategic Advisor at Horwich Farrelly and previously held the position of Chair at The Legal Director, guiding the executive team in strategic planning. As Group CEO and Managing Partner at DWF from 2006 to 2020, Andrew facilitated significant growth, increasing turnover from £30 million to over £200 million, and expanding the workforce to 2,800. Additionally, Andrew contributed as a Non-Executive Director at Summize and Brookson One, and held various management roles, including Partner and Head of People at DWF, focusing on operational management in employment law and related disciplines. Educational credentials include a LLB from Lancaster University and an LLM in Employment Law and Industrial Relations from the University of Leicester, complemented by executive education from Harvard Business School.
