Christopher Stoops is a seasoned professional in project controls with extensive experience in the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Project & Program Controls Specialist at Arch Staffing & Consulting since January 2023, Christopher previously held the position of Project Controls Engineer at Stanley Consultants from June 2007 to January 2023, where significant contributions were made to the Cambalache Power Plant Combined Cycle Conversion Project for the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority.
