Ayishah F. Williams

Ayishah F. Williams, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Head of People Operations at Arch Systems, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Ayishah was the Director of People & Culture at Sounding Board, Inc. from September 2021 to August 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Ayishah worked as a Lead HR & Payroll Advisor at PeopleCentric HR Consulting, LLC from December 2006 to December 2021, where responsibilities included serving as a fractional CHRO for startups and SMBs, focusing on aligning People strategies with business goals. Earlier experience includes a role as Manager of People & Culture at Criteria Corp from July 2019 to September 2021. Ayishah holds an Executive MBA from the University of North Alabama and a BS in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global.
