Utthra Kaushik

Utthra Kaushik has worked for a number of companies, beginning with ExxonMobil in 2016 as a Process Engineering Intern. In 2017, they took on the role of Turnaround Aromatics Extraction Area Lead, Aromatics Extraction and Fractionation Unit Process Engineer, and Utilities and Furnaces Process Engineer. In 2020, they worked as a Research And Teaching Assistant / Program Manager at Rutgers University and a Research Assistant at Yale University. Utthra then joined Beyond Limits in 2021 as a Senior Solutions Architect/ Data Scientist III and Senior Product Manager at Arch Systems in 2022. During their time at ExxonMobil, they identified potential cost savings of up to US$18 million and US$30 million, respectively. At Beyond Limits, they partnered with product and technology teams to set the vision and product roadmap for their SaaS offering.

Utthra Kaushik has a comprehensive educational background. Utthra obtained a Cambridge A levels from Raffles Institution in 2011-2012 in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Economics. Utthra then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore from 2013-2017. In 2015, they completed a Summer Programme in Business from the University of California, Berkeley. In 2019-2020, they earned a Master's degree in Engineering from Yale University. Furthermore, they are certified as a Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org, obtained in December 2022.
