Brian Cuneo

Brian Cuneo is a Senior Partner at ARCH Venture Partners, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Brian served as a Partner at Latham & Watkins from April 2010 to May 2023, focusing on the Silicon Valley office. Brian's experience also includes working as an Associate at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP from September 2006 to April 2010, specializing in emerging companies and securities regulation, alongside general securities and corporate law. Earlier in the career, Brian was a Registered Investment Advisor at Wells Fargo Bank from September 2002 to July 2003 and at Tax & Financial Group from January 2002 to September 2002. Brian holds a J.D. with a High Tech Law Certificate in Corporate Transactions from Santa Clara University School of Law and a B.S. in Business with an emphasis on Finance and Accounting from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
