Simon R. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in behavioral science, public policy, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a Partner at Arch10 since October 2022, Simon R. has also held the role of Managing Director at Teneo, providing strategic counsel to top executives at major corporations. As a co-founder and Board Director of the Behavioral Insights Team, commonly known as the 'Nudge Unit', Simon R. played a pivotal role in integrating behavioral science into public policy. Prior positions include Director of the Strategic Insight Unit at the Metropolitan Police, Senior Policy Advisor in the Cabinet Office, and various analytical roles in government and strategic agencies. Simon R. holds an MSc in Comparative Politics from The London School of Economics and a first-class degree in Classics from UCL.
