Kelly Jackson (she/ her)

Kelly Jackson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kelly has held various leadership roles at different companies. Most recently, Kelly served as the Chief People Officer at Archaea Energy. Prior to that, they worked at bp, where they held multiple positions, including Vice President of People & Culture Capability and Head of People and Culture, Mobility and Convenience Americas and NA Fuels Functions. Kelly also served as the Interim Human Resources Vice President for Global Petrochemicals and Transformation Leader at bp. Before joining bp, Kelly worked at Wrigley as a Sr. Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Kelly started their career at Aon Hewitt as a Benefits Specialist. Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated a strong understanding of the HR function and has successfully executed various people strategies.

Kelly Jackson has a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University.
