Mary-Leigh Ariens is an experienced professional in operations planning and environmental science. Currently serving as Manager of Operations Planning and Performance at Archaea Energy since July 2022, responsibilities include supporting company operations and summarizing monthly activities and performance. Prior experience includes working as a Staff Environmental Scientist at Weaver Consultants Group from June 2016 to July 2022, focusing on air quality compliance monitoring and reporting for municipal solid waste landfills. Mary-Leigh has also held positions as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Stephen F. Austin State University and as an Environmental Intern with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, where contributions included field investigations and compliance oversight. Mary-Leigh holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Environmental Science from Stephen F. Austin State University, completed in 2016.
