Rachel Baker

Rachel Baker is an accomplished Digital Sales Enablement Coach Trainer at Archant since August 2019, specializing in coaching and training sales teams across various levels in digital product sales, including website builds, email campaigns, content marketing, local SEO, PPC, and social media advertising. In addition to developing and delivering a monthly induction program, Rachel collaborates closely with sales managers to identify knowledge gaps and enhance sales skills. With a strong expertise in SEO and proficiency in Google Tools such as GA4, Search Console, and Tag Manager, Rachel supports sales teams during client calls and provides dedicated coaching to help them advance their careers. Rachel has also served as Regional Team Leader at Archant Norfolk since August 2016 and was previously a Sales Team Leader at Archant from March 1999 to September 2012.
