Anna Arpilleda

Anna Arpilleda has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Anna is currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Archblock, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at TrustToken from June 2018.

Before their roles in leadership positions, Anna worked as a Global Human Resources Business Partner and Manager at TripAdvisor from September 2016 to June 2018. Anna also served as a People Ops Business Partner at Zendesk from March 2016 to September 2016.

Anna's earlier experience includes their role as a Human Resources Manager at Spigit (Mindjet Acquisition), Mindjet from 2012 to March 2016. Anna also held the position of Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Mindjet LLC from May 2008 to January 2012. Prior to that, they worked in human resources at the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau (WCIRB) from 2006 to 2008, and as a Human Resources Coordinator at the San Francisco Chronicle from August 2003 to February 2005.

Anna Arpilleda completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from San Francisco State University from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their degree, they obtained three certifications in various fields such as improving employee performance, human resources pay strategy, and diversity and inclusion in a global enterprise. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in 2019 and 2020.
