Loren Jay Rials

Loren Jay Rials, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Archbold since August 2025, overseeing all financial management and revenue cycle functions. Rials has extensive experience as Market Chief Financial Officer at Community Health Systems and has transitioned roles in previous organizations, demonstrating strong leadership and significant cost-saving achievements. Rials began the professional career as Chief Financial Officer at various healthcare institutions and obtained a Master's degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
