Prior to this role, Routledge served as the Arden & Donna Hetland Distinguished Professor of Business and Challey Professor of Management at North Dakota State University. Routledge holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Missouri Southern State University.
