Chelsea Brock

Chelsea Brock has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Chelsea started their career in 2012 as a Staff Services Analyst at the California Department of Health Care Services, where they worked until September 2014. After that, they transitioned to the role of Associate Governmental Program Analyst until December 2015. In 2016, Chelsea joined Aetna, a CVS Health Company, as an Informatics Analyst and remained in that position until April 2018. Chelsea then joined ArchCare in April 2018 as a Manager in the Workforce Investment Organization, where they stayed until June 2019. Following that, they were promoted to the role of Director of Learning and Organizational Development and held that position from June 2019 to April 2021. From April 2021 to February 2023, they served as the Director of Learning and Organizational Development. Currently, Chelsea is working as the Assistant Vice President of Learning & Organizational Development at ArchCare.

Chelsea Brock has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Government from California State University-Sacramento. Chelsea also completed an Executive Leader Fellowship from Advisory Board. In addition to their formal education, Chelsea has obtained several certifications. These include an Adult Learning Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), an Inside Out Coaching Instructor Certification from InsideOut Development, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Rutgers Business School, a DISC Certified Trainer certification from Personality Insights, Inc., a Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Instructor certification from Crisis Prevention Institute, and a SAS Base Programmer certification from SAS. Chelsea obtained these certifications between 2015 and 2022.
