Yvonne Reid

Yvonne Reid, MSN, RN, CCM, is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in community health and case management. Currently employed at ArchCare since April 2019, Yvonne has held various roles including Community Health RN Case Manager and Clinical Manager. Prior to this, Yvonne contributed to SeniorBridge as a Clinical Nurse Educator and worked at CareMount Medical as an RN Care Coordinator. Yvonne began a career at Northwell Health as an RN Case Manager. Academically, Yvonne holds a Master's degree in Education from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from SUNY Empire State College, along with an Associate's degree in Nursing from Queensborough Community College, reflecting a solid foundation in healthcare education and practice.
