Marquita Richburg

Marquita Richburg, MSHRM, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the Archdiocese of Atlanta since August 2003. In this role, Marquita counsels and advises management on employee relations, oversees daily department operations, mentors new managers, and educates staff on HR policies and practices. Previous experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at the Archdiocese and roles at AFLAC Insurance Company, where responsibilities ranged from claims auditing to compensation support.
