Tracey Hensel

Tracey Hensel is a seasoned HRMS Analyst currently employed at the Archdiocese of Baltimore since August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an HRIS System Administrator at Catholic Charities of Baltimore from February 2015 to February 2022, where responsibilities included system maintenance and acting as the Human Resources liaison for UltiPro upgrades. Tracey has held various positions related to benefits and HRIS, including Benefits Manager at DMI, Benefits/HRIS Specialist at multiple firms, and Benefits Analyst at Holy Cross Hospital. Educational background includes an Associate of Science degree in Business from Sullivan Jr. College of Business and graduation from Dupont Manual High School.
