Education and Development

The Education and Development team at the Archdiocese of Baltimore works to promote and enhance Catholic education and faith formation within the archdiocese. This team is responsible for overseeing religious education programs, supporting parish renewal initiatives, recruiting and retaining educators, and developing marketing strategies to promote educational opportunities. They facilitate community engagement, ensure adherence to Gospel teachings, and manage resources to support educational and developmental initiatives aimed at nurturing faith, conscience, and community service.
