Deacon Don Grossnickle

Deacon Don Grossnickle has a diverse work experience. Deacon Don currently serves as the Executive Director at the Microfinance Alliance Africa Projects Foundation (MAAP Foundation) since July 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Leadership Development Consultant for various organizations starting in 1999. Deacon Don also has a long history with the Permanent Deacon-Archdiocese of Chicago, where they held various ministry roles and served as a Not-For-Profit Director and board member-founder since April 1988.

Deacon Don Grossnickle earned a Master's degree in Curriculum, Biology Education from Northern Illinois University from 1972 to 1980. During the same time period, they also pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction from Northern Illinois University.
