Martha Smith

Martha Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Martha'smost recent position was as the Director of Investments, Treasury & Banking at the Archdiocese of Chicago, which they started in 2019. Prior to that, they worked at McDonald's for over two decades, where they held various roles such as Assistant Treasurer, Co-led rollout of cashless acceptance, and Director-International Finance. Before joining McDonald's, Martha worked at Bank of America for ten years in various roles, including Vice President/Assistant Vice President/Customer Service Officer.

Martha Smith has a Masters of Management (MBA) degree in International Business and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Martha also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
