Brian Henritze has a diverse work experience in the field of Catholic ministries and church administration. Brian started their career in 2007 as a Coordinator of Youth Ministry at St. Raymond Catholic Church, where they worked until 2009. After that, from 2009 to 2012, they served as the Coordinator of Confirmation and Youth Ministry at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. In 2013, Brian became the Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries at Saint Vincent de Paul Church, a role they held until 2016. During this time, they also worked as a Catholic Speaker with a focus on evangelizing the Catholic Church in America. From 2016, Brian joined the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston as an Associate Director and later became the Director of the Capernaum Learning Management System in 2022.
Brian Henritze completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Adolescent Development at California State University, Fullerton from 2007 to 2009. Brian then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Theology and Christian Ministry at Franciscan University of Steubenville from 2011 to 2016. In 2018, they enrolled at LSU Shreveport and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
In addition to their educational qualifications, Brian has obtained several certifications. In December 2010, they earned a Basic Certification from the Institute for Pastoral Ministry - Diocese of Orange, CA. Brian further obtained a Certificate in Youth Ministry Studies from the Center for Ministry Development in June 2010. Brian also holds a Master Catechist Certification from the Institute for Pastoral Ministry - Diocese of Orange, CA, which they received in August 2014. More recently, in March 2021, Brian completed the Cornerstone Core Specialist certification from Cornerstone OnDemand, and in May 2021, they obtained the Cornerstone Learning Specialist certification from the same institution.
