John Jenings

Director Of Risk Management at Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston

John Jennings has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. John started their career in 1982 in the U.S. Army Reserve, where they served as a Lieutenant Colonel until 2010. In 1990, they began working at Harris County as a Director of Employee Benefits, and they remained in that role until 1997. Following that, they joined Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District as a Risk Manager, a position they held for 12 years. Since 2011, John has been working as the Director of Risk Management at Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston.

John Jenings began their education at Mount San Antonio College, where they pursued a degree in General Studies from 1978 to 1980. After completing their associate's degree, they continued their academic journey at Monmouth College from 1980 to 1982. During this time, they focused on Economics and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.
