Carla Mills

Carla Mills has extensive work experience in financial management and auditing. Carla began their career as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young in 1988 and later held various roles at American Century Investments, including Assistant Controller, Director of Corporate Reporting, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, and VP of Finance. In 2009, they joined Teva Neuroscience as a Sr. Manager of Finance, where they implemented patient education and advocacy programs. From 2011 to 2013, Carla served as the Chief Financial Officer at Catholic Charities of Kansas City-St. Joseph, providing compassionate social services and advocacy. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas.

Carla Mills holds an MBA degree from Rockhurst University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their MBA, they attended Kansas State University from 1983 to 1987 and earned a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting.
