Janet Milian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and payroll management. Currently serving as the Human Resources and Payroll Manager at the Archdiocese of Miami since April 2023, Janet previously held the position of Human Resources Manager and Accounts Receivable at Indian Creek Country Club and returned to the Archdiocese of Miami in various HR roles from 2014 to 2022. Janet's career also includes significant tenure at PwC as Florida Experienced Recruiting Coordinator and UK/US IT Field Services Coordinator, as well as an early role as a Certified Teller at Bank of America. Janet holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Florida International University and an Associate's Degree from Miami Dade College, complemented by a High School Diploma from Champagnat Catholic School.
