Tom Fredrickson

Tom Fredrickson is the Director of Leadership Development at Archdiocese of Milwaukee since April 2023. Before that, Tom served in various roles at Wisconsin Air National Guard from July 2015 to December 2022, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Aerospace Ground Equipment Superintendent. Tom also served in the United States Air Force from November 2009 to August 2013 as a Human Resource Specialist. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Upper Iowa University and an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Community College of the Air Force.
