Tony LaMar

Tony LaMar, CAP®, serves as the Legacy Planning Officer for the Archdiocese of Omaha since October 2017, managing a major gifts portfolio to enhance support for the Archbishop’s Annual Appeal and implementing planned gift strategies in collaboration with the SDO Director and Estate Planning Committee. Previously, Tony held the position of Development Director at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church and School from March 2015 to September 2017, where significant fundraising efforts resulted in over $7 million raised through a capital campaign. Earlier experience includes working as a Campaign Manager for The Steier Group, focused on campaign planning and management, as well as serving as an Account Executive at Infogroup, supporting business growth through marketing data. Tony holds a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy from The American College of Financial Services and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
