Alma Davila Mendoza

Alma Davila Mendoza currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner for the Archdiocese of San Antonio, focusing on Catholic Schools and Parishes since October 2022. Alma has extensive experience in human resources and business management, having co-founded Inteli-Gente, LLC, a consulting firm, from January 2017 to December 2022. Previously held positions include HR Business Partner at multiple organizations, including Walerius Enterprises (Alamo Biscuit Company), Jugo, Archies Coffee, and Structure Health & Wellness, and served as Chief Operations Officer at ZCapital Investment Management. Additionally, Alma was the Human Resources Director at Burger World Texas and the Director of HR & IT at Texas Wired Music. Alma holds a Master of Arts in Administration, Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
