Fr. Gerardo Vazquez

Fr. Gerardo Vazquez serves as a Parochial Vicar with the Archdiocese of San Francisco since August 2016, having previously held the role of Transitional Deacon while studying at St. Patrick's Seminary and University from August 2014 to August 2015. Prior to their ecclesiastical career, Fr. Vazquez accumulated extensive experience in the aerospace industry, including positions at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company as a Senior Systems Engineer and various roles at Pratt & Whitney, where responsibilities included leading associate management initiatives. Fr. Vazquez also contributed to educational development as an Instructional Associate at Sequoia Adult School, teaching mathematics and computer skills to migrant families. Fr. Vazquez completed a Master of Divinity as well as degrees in Aerospace Engineering from San Jose State University and furthered education in Christian Humanism and Economic Development at Pontificia Universitá della Santa Croce.
