Gustavo Torres

Gustavo Torres is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and program coordination within the nonprofit and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Archdiocesan Assistance Programs at the Archdiocese of San Francisco since December 2011, Gustavo oversees grant writing for the Alliance of Mission District Catholic Schools, focusing on tuition assistance and curriculum enhancement. Previously, Gustavo held the position of Director of Development at Mission Dolores Basilica and Kid Stock, Inc., where responsibilities included fundraising and scholarship development. Notable early career experiences include an internship with Speaker Nancy Pelosi and a role as a Curator's Assistant at Mission Dolores Basilica. Gustavo holds a Master of Arts in Theology from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from The Catholic University of America.
