Janice Ward

Janice Ward has extensive experience in employee benefits and operations management. Currently serving as the Employee Benefits Manager for the Archdiocese of San Francisco since April 2007, Janice oversees the management and administration of employee benefit plans for 2200 eligible employees across 150 locations. Previously, Janice held the title of Payroll Manager, directing payroll activities for over 4300 employees while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Prior to the Archdiocese, Janice was Operations Manager at Alpec Team Inc., managing a manufacturing company and handling major accounts like the US Military. Janice also served as VP Operations at CDS Staffing, where consultation on Human Resources policies and employee relations was a primary focus. Janice's educational background includes studies at the College of San Mateo.
