David Baranowksi's work experience includes a role as Director of Stewardship Education at the Archdiocese of St. Louis since January 2012. In this position, they are responsible for developing educational and marketing materials to support stewardship efforts in the 182 parishes of the Archdiocese. Prior to this, they had a 29-year career with Anheuser-Busch, where they held various Director-level positions primarily in the Marketing and Procurement areas. At Anheuser-Busch, they led senior-level cross-functional teams and managed people and budgets. Before joining Anheuser-Busch, they worked as a Sales Representative at Armour-Dial, where they sold soap and food products to grocery accounts in the St. Louis to Hannibal region. David also briefly worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Ryerson Steel.

David Baranowski earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 1978 to 1982. David later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Webster University, which they completed from 1989 to 1990.
