Karen Ton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in retail management, accounting, and education. Currently serving as an Assistant Accountant at the Archdiocese of St. Louis since July 2021, Karen has previously held positions including Footwear Team Lead at Academy Sports + Outdoors, A.S.M.T at Walgreens Boots Alliance, and Operations Manager and Store Manager at Sports Authority. In these roles, Karen showcased strong leadership skills, effective scheduling of associates, and compliance with audit standards. Earlier experiences include roles at Sports Authority as Head Cashier and Receiving Lead, as well as teaching positions at KinderCare. Karen is a high school graduate with a college prep diploma focused on math and sciences.
