Previous experience includes positions at ELEVATE Global, LC Perú, Avianca, and Aerovigil SAC, where Laucirica worked as an International Assessor, Pilot, and Flight Instructor. Additionally, a notable tenure as CEO and CFO at Clinica Los Andes SAC and an extensive career with Fuerza Aérea del Perú solidified Laucirica's expertise in systems engineering and aviation.
