Allison Bernstein

Allison Bernstein, BCBA, has a diverse work history in the field of behavioral health. Allison is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Archer Behavioral Health since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Kadiant from 2019 to 2022, holding the positions of Region Director and Clinical Director. From 2017 to 2019, Allison worked at Integrated Behavioral Solutions, progressing from Case Manager to Clinical Supervisor and then Senior Clinical Supervisor. Their earlier experience includes roles at Misericordia Heart of Mercy, where they worked as Director of Behavior Services, Supervisor of Behavior Services, and Behavior Services Intern from 2012 to 2017.

Allison Bernstein, BCBA, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communicative Disorders from Saint Mary's College, which they obtained in 2011. Allison later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School, completing it in 2013. In 2014, they obtained their certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Prior to their college education, Allison attended Blessed Trinity Catholic High School from 2003 to 2007.
