Aline Assal

Aline Assal is a seasoned professional in business development with extensive experience in the flavors industry. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at ADM since December 2021, Aline previously held a similar role at Kerry from August 2011 to December 2021, where responsibilities included RD&A Manager and Regulatory Affairs Analyst, among others. Aline began the career at Alibra Ingredientes Ltda as an intern in Research and Development and also gained experience at Sabor das Índias as an intern in Quality and Assurance and R&D. Academic credentials include a Postgraduate in Business Management from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, a Postgraduate in Environment and Sustainability from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, complemented by an exchange program at UADE.
