Dr. Andreas Politzer

Dr. Andreas Politzer serves as the Director of Quality and Food Safety Flavors EMEA at ADM since November 2019, leading the QA core team and processes. Prior to this role, Dr. Politzer was the QM Senior Manager for Microbiology & Food Safety at Rudolf Wild GmbH & Co. KG from November 2003 to November 2019, where responsibilities included quality control in the food and beverage sector, global complaint processing, microbiological supervision, and development of detection methods. Dr. Politzer began the professional career as the Head of Business Development at Insilico Biotechnology from July 2002 to September 2003. Educational credentials include a Dr.-Ing. degree in Technische Biologie and Lebensmittelverfahrenstechnik from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, obtained between 2004 and 2009.
