Hitesh Rao

Hitesh Rao is an experienced professional in analytics and operations, currently serving as Analytics Operations Lead at ADM since December 2022. Prior to this role, Hitesh was Manager of Revenue Operations & Insights at Better from September 2021 to December 2022, and worked as a Summer Intern at Bosch in mid-2021. Spanning a six-year tenure at Mu Sigma Inc., Hitesh advanced from an Apprentice Leader to a Decision Scientist, contributing to the development of a pathogen prediction system in the utilities market and a fraud detection engine for a multinational insurance provider. Hitesh holds a Post Graduate Program in Technology & Business Management from Masters' Union and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the Army Institute of Technology.
