Kristen Fleming-Hise

Kristen Fleming-Hise has extensive experience in operations support, procurement, and accounting, currently serving as the Operations Support Manager at ADM since September 2000, where responsibilities include business management and capital projects analysis. Previous roles at ADM encompass Steel Buyer/Business Analyst and Global Procurement Specialist, focusing on purchasing, cost analysis, and contract negotiations. Earlier, Kristen was an Accountant at the University of Illinois's National Center for Supercomputing Applications, managing post-award research grants and contracts. Kristen holds a degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 1989.
