Matthew Harms

Matthew Harms, M.Eng., PMP, is an experienced Senior Project Manager at ADM, leading cross-functional teams in the execution of capital engineering projects ranging from $500K to over $20MM. With a career spanning multiple roles at ADM, including Maintenance Superintendent and Project Engineer, Matthew has demonstrated expertise in project scope development, financial management, and maintenance operations. Previous positions include Engineering Team Leader at BP and Field Services Engineer at Castrol, where Matthew oversaw engineering teams and managed manufacturing programs for major clients. Matthew holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Electromechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Northern Iowa.
