Melissa Kessler

Melissa Kessler is a seasoned professional in regulatory and scientific affairs with extensive experience in the food and cosmetics industries. Currently serving as the Director of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs at ADM since June 2021, Melissa previously held key positions at Mars, where responsibilities included leading global program management for packaging compliance and driving the Mars color strategy. At Wrigley, Melissa developed the Mars Color Program and collaborated with cross-segment teams to address regulatory roadmaps. In earlier roles at Namaste Laboratories, Unilever, and Alberto Culver, Melissa showcased expertise in creating regulatory programs and managing compliance for various product portfolios. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
