Melissa Ridenour

Melissa Ridenour, PHR, serves as the HR Director for Global Operations & Milling and Baking Solutions, and Global Nutrition & Organizational Design at ADM since September 2019. In this role, Melissa functions as the Global HR Business Partner for ADM’s Health & Wellness business and oversees the Global Organizational Design and Development initiatives. Prior to joining ADM, Melissa held various HR positions at Caterpillar Inc. from January 2012 to September 2019, including Senior Total Rewards Analyst and HR Manager for Global Technology & Business Transformation. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Bradley University in 2012.
