Michael J. Allen possesses extensive experience in technology leadership and project management, currently serving as Tech Lead and Product Owner for the Plan to Deliver initiative at ADM, where responsibilities include the design and implementation of internal IT solutions within the global SAP S/4 Hana framework. Michael has also held roles such as E2E Project Manager and Scrum Master during a significant technology transformation at ADM, and served as IT Global Solutions Delivery Manager, focusing on enhancing shareholder value through innovative automated processing solutions. Prior experience includes founding Rising Phoenix Endeavor, LLC, and serving as an IT Consultant at Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc., where contributions to scale logistics applications were noted.
