Roberto Ciciliano

Roberto Ciciliano is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the food ingredient and chemical sectors. Currently serving as President of ADM Nutrition Latin America at Archer Daniels Midland Company, Roberto has played a pivotal role in building the food ingredient business in South America, including a significant investment of USD 250 million in a Soy Protein Plant in Brazil. Prior positions include General Manager of WFSI Latin America and Business Director for South America Wild Flavors & Specialty Ingredients. With expertise in market development, business development, and strategic consulting, Roberto's career spans leadership roles at Votorantim Agro Industrial, Votorantim Chemical, and Dow Chemical, along with consulting experience at RCSM Consulting. Roberto holds an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Chemical Engineering degree from Escola de Engenharia Mauá.
