Sudarshan Nadathur

Sudarshan Nadathur is a highly experienced professional in the field of food science and technology, currently serving as Chief Flavorist at Archer Daniels Midland Company since March 2017. Prior to this role, Sudarshan held various positions at Givaudan from September 2006 to March 2017, focusing on flavor creation and technology. Sudarshan's earlier career includes significant roles at Edlong Dairy Flavors, where expertise spanned from Senior Bio-Flavorist to Microbiologist, and a position as Research Associate at Oregon State University, where Sudarshan conducted research on high pressure food processing. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Food Science & Technology from Oregon State University, an M.S. in Food Science from the University of Delaware, and additional degrees in Biochemistry and Chemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University and the University of Madras, respectively.
