Uday Haral

Uday Haral currently serves as the Global Management Office and Continuous Improvement Director at ADM, a position held since November 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Director, Head of Global Process Improvement & Productivity at Iron Mountain from November 2020 to August 2025, where responsibilities encompassed leading Continuous Improvement, Quality Management Systems, and Industrial Engineering functions. Uday also held roles at GE, starting as Senior Quality Manager-QMS and Quality Compliance in GE Power from September 2014 to February 2019, and later as Global Director of Enterprise Business Process Improvement.
