Yasser Souate

Yasser Souate is an experienced supply chain manager with a strong background in performance excellence, demand and supply planning, and logistics. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Manager and Performance Excellence Leader at Archer Daniels Midland Company since September 2018, Yasser also plays key roles as a local champion for ADM Cares and Alaya, in addition to being an internal auditor and projects manager. Previously, Yasser held the position of Supply Chain Manager at T-Man Group from April 2017 to August 2018 and at FORAFRIC from January 2012 to April 2017, where responsibilities included production planning and customer service for local and international markets. Yasser's education includes degrees from prestigious institutions, with a focus on industrial logistics, risk management, coaching, and psychology, enhancing expertise in both technical and managerial aspects of supply chain operations.
